A video analysis is a critique of a player's athletic motion or mechanical technique. The analysis is performed by a CQ instructor through the use of video, the internet, the CQ Online Locker System and the same video software technology used by the PRO's!

How Does it Work?

• Record a video clip of your athletic motion into your CoachQuest video software.
• Upload the clip to your FREE personal locker, or send it to CoachQuest to upload it for you ($5 for 5 clips).
• Choose your CQ Instructor.

Your CQ Instructor will then analyze your clip, give you personalized instructions on how to improve, and return the clip to your secure locker for review.
